Catering for Achema Frankfurt

Achema is a fair entirely dedicated to connections and a sustainable future. The Zanardelli Catering brigade, as always led by chef Fausto Zanardelli, participated with an important client: OMAL, valve and actuator manufacturers since 1981. In the trip to Frankfurt, the quality that always distinguishes us involves a meticulous search for local raw materials and low environmental impact. The challenge continues with the preparation of menus that combine the taste of Made in Italy with the culinary facet of an international audience.

Our service was precise, elegant and discreet. The stand, equipped with the best tools for welcoming guests, as well as with an eye to the environment (paper plates and cups), left a vivid and tasty memory.
