Catering for Eicma Milan

The most important fair in the world dedicated to motorcycles is back in this 2022 edition. For over 100 years Eicma has been collecting the excellence of two-wheelers with exhibitors and guests from the private sector and the world of racing. Also this year Zanardelli Catering will participate in the event with its catering service present in four stands:

– Brembo, a leading company in braking system technology. Active in the MotoGP, F1 and minor categories, as well as in the private sector;

– Midland World, a company of fundamental importance in motorcycle equipment dedicated to communication;

– J.Juan Brake System, a company that designs and builds braking systems;

– Braktech, a manufacturer of braking systems for enduro and trial.

During the five days of the fair, Chef Fausto Zanardelli and our team of waiters, cooks and managers served hundreds of dishes thanks to a menu that is very attentive to locally sourced raw materials, eco-sustainability and the typical taste of Italian cuisine.
