Catering for Eicma Milan

An unmissable event with EICMA 2023, the fair dedicated to two wheels known and visited by guests from all over the world. This year our catering service was present in four stands.

The menu, curated by chef Fausto Zanardelli, was served by our precise and elegant staff, with hotel training, in the stands of Brembo, a company known throughout the world for the technology and performance of its braking systems, Midland, a company active in mobile telecommunications. Our service was also present in the Cocktail and Bratec stands.

The five days of the fair gathered guests from all over the world and – with an imprint always linked to Italian tradition – the catering service menu combined the best of Made in Italy with ingredients and palates from all over Europe.
