At EMO Hannover 2025, the world’s premier trade fair for machine tools and production technologies, Zanardelli Catering brought its culinary expertise to a setting of cutting-edge innovation. We had the pleasure of collaborating with Automazioni Industriali, BTB, Ebara Pump, and Inse Berardi, providing a bespoke catering service for their exhibition spaces.

The menu, created by Chef Fausto Zanardelli, was designed to complement the busy days of the fair with offerings that combined flavor, lightness, and practicality. Refined finger foods, gourmet dishes, and customized options turned every break into a moment of quality—ideal for an international, highly technical audience.
