Transfer to Cologne for Interzum, the leading trade fair for the furniture industry. The catering service for fairs, led by Chef Fausto Zanardelli, was responsible for hosting the Saviola stand, the creator of a new paradigm in taking care of the habitat through eco-ethical initiatives and environmentally friendly products.
During the fair, thousands of visitors stopped by the Saviola stand. The challenge for our catering service was to satisfy the tastes of multiple palates from all over Europe. Thanks to our precise logistics, the menu, curated by Chef Zanardelli, was a perfect example of Made in Italy taste.
The quality of the fittings, the service personnel and the crockery – with an eye to eco-sustainability – leave a memory of taste, quality and originality in our guests.
