Catering for ITMA Barcelona

First, but not last, trade fair in Barcelona! We have organised catering for Itma, one of the most prestigious trade fairs in the textile industry. As always, in coordination with the customer, we at Zanardelli Catering organised, the stand for the fair. The menu was taken care of by Chef Fausto Zanardelli, as well as the service and logistics of the entire fair set-up.

Itma brings welcomes thousands of visitors from over 45 countries around the world every year. The commitment to organise high-level fair catering coincides with the search for a balanced menu to satisfy the palate of guests and the customer, as well as promote the Barcelona area.
