The Zanardelli Catering team took part in Autopromotec 2025 in Bologna, the leading exhibition for automotive equipment and the aftermarket industry. At this international showcase of innovation in the automotive world, we had the pleasure of collaborating with top-tier companies such as Brembo, Exide Group, Fin Metal, Saleri Spa, and Zeca Spa, providing a bespoke catering service tailored to their exhibition spaces.

The menu, created by Chef Fausto Zanardelli, was designed to complement the busy pace of the fair with balance, elegance, and versatility. Refined finger foods, light dishes, and gourmet creations turned each break into a moment of comfort and quality, perfectly suited to the needs of a technical and international audience.
