Catering for Euroshop Düsseldorf

For EuroShop 2026 in Düsseldorf, the world’s leading trade fair for retail, visual merchandising, and in-store technology, Zanardelli Catering partnered with Nicolis Project, a company specialized in electronic shelf labels and digital signage solutions for the retail sector.

Within an environment where innovation, visual communication, and technology take center stage, we delivered a tailored catering service designed to enhance the exhibition stand and encourage networking opportunities. The goal was to transform the space into a welcoming and functional setting, fully aligned with the brand’s technological identity.

The menu, created by Chef Fausto Zanardelli, was designed to accompany the busy days of the trade fair with elegant and dynamic offerings: contemporary finger foods, gourmet dishes, and light options ideal for meetings, product presentations, and live demonstrations. Each preparation featured fresh, carefully selected ingredients, ensuring quality, balance, and a distinctive touch of Italian cuisine.

Particular attention was given to managing catering services for international trade fairs, with precise and discreet logistics. From setup to presentation, every detail was coordinated to integrate seamlessly with the stand’s technological concept.
