Catering for Eicma Milan

On the occasion of EICMA 2026 in Milan, the international event dedicated to the world of two wheels, Zanardelli Catering supported Brembo, helping transform the stand into a welcoming space for connection and hospitality that reflected the prestige of the brand.

For this edition, we developed a culinary concept designed to match the energy and dynamism of the trade fair. The menu, created by Chef Fausto Zanardelli, alternated light options and finger foods with more structured dishes, adapting seamlessly to the different moments of the day—from coffee breaks to formal meetings.

Special attention was given to the overall experience: precise organization, discreet logistics, and a detail-oriented team turned the stand into a welcoming and functional environment, ideal for meetings and networking.

A tailor-made catering service that supported Brembo’s presence at EICMA Milan, combining innovation, hospitality, and culinary quality in a highly visible international setting.
