Catering for Interzum Cologne

The Zanardelli Catering team took part in Interzum 2025 in Cologne, the leading international event for suppliers to the furniture and interior design industry. In this dynamic and creative setting, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Standgreen, a company specializing in the design and construction of sustainable exhibition stands, by offering a catering service that reflected the identity and style of their space.

The menu, designed by Chef Fausto Zanardelli, was conceived to mirror the balance between aesthetics and substance—just like the design that defines the fair. Light yet refined options, beautifully crafted finger foods, and authentic hot and cold dishes came together to deliver a memorable culinary experience, tailored for an international audience with a keen eye for quality.

As always, ingredient selection played a central role. We used only fresh, high-quality produce, with special attention to seasonality and sustainability, in harmony with Standgreen’s green philosophy.

Our team managed every phase of the catering trade fair service with professionalism and precision, from setup to logistics, ensuring seamless organization and a warm welcome for clients, guests, and partners. Every detail was curated to blend perfectly with the exhibition environment, enhancing the space and turning every moment into an opportunity for connection and enjoyment.
